Our Process

10 Easy Steps to Franchise Ownership:

1. Submit the form below.
2. Introduction Call to go over processes, the fundamentals, and the market for our services.
3. Introduction Call Pt. 2 to go over numbers, staffing, our services, and marketing.
4. Interview with a member of our Executive Team, you and your spouse to discuss your Predictive Index personality assessment, franchise support, and highlights from the FDD.
5. Book your Discovery Day at our offices in Charlotte, NC.
6. An additional interview with one of our Titan Group franchisees and a Validation Call with a new franchisee.
7. Discovery Day.
8. Reserve your market for 2 weeks.
9. Prepare Franchise Documents and Schedule a closing date.
10. Sign your Franchise Agreement and begin Onboarding with your Personal Business Coach.


The Investment

The investment range for a new Enviro-Master territory of 1M people or more will be between $180,000 and $325,000*. A full breakdown can be found in our Franchise Disclosure Document. You will need a minimum net worth of $350,000 and liquid assets of $70,000.
