Back in October, Emily Casey and Lee Jarson took over the Milwaukee territory. Emily mainly focuses on growing the business while Lee runs the day to day operations. In just a few weeks Emily has had great success converting former Swisher product only customers to weekly hygiene service and product customers. Emily said that her Hygiene Specialists explained to her that they were wasting time on their route by going by product only customers only to find out the customer didn’t need additional products that week.
Emily quickly realized this was a great opportunity to call on these customers and present the EM weekly hygiene service; which she immediately began doing, and as of today, has realized over 70% conversion success! Her largest conversion so far has been the local Costco, she was able to take the manager to the restroom, explain our service and products and walked out with an $80 weekly hygiene sale AND 5 additional products!
Another area of success has been converting several customers from GOJO foaming hand soap to EM bulk soap and often leaves the customer having sold our weekly hygiene service, fogging and sani-shield! Emily went on to say that the two Hygiene Specialist that come over from the Swisher acquisition have been extremely helpful in helping her get to know the customer base, including cancelled customers. She took that knowledge and immediately began paying visits to the former customers and has been successful in getting many of those customers back.
Emily, thanks for sharing this information and congrats to you and Lee for a great EM kick-off!
