How Enviro-Master's Process Works
Enviro-Master cleaners use a set process for cleaning tile, grout, and other porous material.
Appropriate PPE is donned, and then basic picking-up is done. Trash receptacles and other items that could be damaged by water are removed from the area. The floor and walls (if tile) are sprayed with water, and a cleaning and disinfecting chemical is applied to the floor. The tops of doors, dispensers, and vents are dusted with a microfiber cloth. Then, tile grout is cleaned with a grout brush and orbital scrubber. Special attention is paid to the room’s corners, areas around toilets, and other dirt-prone nooks.
After this, a high-pressure rinse is applied to the walls and floors. The dirty water is then vacuumed up, so the area is almost instantly dry. Any remaining water is removed with a microfiber mop. Fixtures and partitions are wiped now, too.
Finally, an electrostatic sprayer is used to apply Sani-Guard, which leaves an antimicrobial protective barrier against contamination. All items that were previously removed (except garbage) are then returned to their positions.
