Your first appointment will be to develop a cleaning plan. On the second appointment, we really get to work. When our cleaning technicians arrive, they’ll put on all appropriate PPE, pick up any trash from the floors, and remove any receptacles. Next, all tile and grout surfaces receive a high-pressure rinse of plain water. Then, a chemical cleaning solution is applied to the floor. While we wait for that to work, we will use microfiber towels to dust all partitions, picture frames, etc. Once the chemical is ready, we will scrub with a grout brush and orbital to remove dirt and grime. Again, we use a high-pressure rinse to clear it all away and a wet vacuum to remove all the dirty water. With fresh microfiber towels, we dry all surfaces and inspect our own work.
