Hey Danny, I just wanted to let you know how great a job our service tech Lorenzo is doing. He always checks in with us, he is one of the most polite people we deal with, and he always makes sure we are good with the work he has done. He also has all the ‘little’ things that make a difference in service (handshake every time, shirt tucked in, etc.) He is a real asset for you guys, you have found a good one. Just wanted you to know how highly we think of him here.
