Enviro-Master Expands It’s Footprint And Franchises After Purchasing Commercial Hygiene Business

A Recession-Resistant Business Model with Minimum Competition Cleans Up with Residual Revenue and Opportunities for Endless Growth

January 09, 2017 // Franchising.com // Charlotte, NC – Enviro-Master, ranked in Entrepreneur’s 2016 Franchise 500 and named to INC’s 5000 fastest growing companies in the U.S. for 2015 and 2016, announced that it is expanding its footprint by adding 18 new franchises in the U.S. and Canada, over the next 12 months to round out its 85-large exclusive territory footprint. The company was also named the #10 new franchise by Entrepreneur.

Enviro-Master, which services restaurants, exercise facilities, day cares, schools, industrial parks, and virtually any type of business that has public restrooms, was named one of Inc. Magazine‘s 10 Franchises That Swept the Nation in 2015 because of the level of support the company provides from the beginning of the franchising process, and a three-year growth rate of 771 percent. Enviro-Master is an approved vendor for more than 220 brand-name businesses nationwide including McDonald’s, Home Depot, Outback Steakhouse, Wendy’s, Sam’s Club and more.

Pat Swisher, President and CEO of Enviro-Master and considered to be the founder of the Hygiene Industry, is experiencing significant growth as the result of recently purchasing his former book of commercial hygiene business from Swisher Hygiene™, which he founded in 1983 and sold in 2004.

“The business model has 30 years of proof behind it, and the satisfaction level of my customers is higher than anything I’ve ever witnessed,” said Jim Malcolm who opened his Denver-South franchise this year. “The solutions and the processes, support, and infrastructure are fully developed to drive the model and the opportunity to build significant equity was unmatched by other business models.”

“With almost three decades of experience in the commercial hygiene industry, people still confuse Enviro-Master’s hygiene service and products with janitorial franchises,” said Chris Mars of Minneapolis, who just bought his second franchise. “Enviro-Master does not replace any janitorial services or cleaning staff, we supplement them. Once you look into an Enviro-master franchise you will see an executive business model, with strong fundamentals such as reoccurring revenue, limited competition, and large markets. Franchise business opportunities within recession-proof industries are incredibly rare.”

Once a franchisee signs on with Enviro-Master they will receive two weeks of intensive training, plus ongoing support in sales, information technology, marketing, personnel management, and much more. In addition, all new commercial Hygiene service franchisees are provided a dependable foundation such as 200-plus national and regional customers, telemarketing leads and ongoing training that help them along a proven path to success?

“Of our existing franchisees, 85 percent have an MBA, so we are looking for astute business leaders who want to build a multi-million-dollar business,” said Scott Warren, SVP of Franchise Development and Sales. “We are attracted to candidates who can manage a multi-million-dollar business and mentor a sales team. Someone who is driven to grow a multi-million-dollar business through dedication, hard work and leadership. This is an extremely lucrative executive business model where Franchisees can replace a six figure income. Owners are not out sanitizing commercial facilities, they are growing, training, and supporting a small sales team.”

The total investment is typically in the $200,000 – $300,000 range which includes an exclusive territory, inventory, warehouse, salaries, and operating capital. In a territory with a population between 500K and 1 million, the franchise fee is $45,000. In markets with a population between 1 million and 1.5 million, its $60,000; and in a market with a population of greater than 1.5 million, it is $85,000.

“In a typical territory, there are 50K – 100K businesses that could use our services,” Warren said. “There is tremendous opportunity. These are all multi-million dollar territories. Although Enviro-Master has only been franchising for a few years, we already have Franchisees with gross revenue in the $2-$3 million dollar range.”
